Application & Approval
Applicants will need to provide verifiable proof of income and complete our rental application and screening process. Our leasing team can provide the full list of application requirements before you get started.
Applicants are generally required to have verifiable income equal to at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. Additional screening criteria may also apply.
Applications are typically processed within 2–4 business days once all required information and documentation have been received.
Yes. Co-signers or guarantors may be accepted. Contact our leasing team for qualification requirements.
Fees & Move-In Costs
The application fee is $50.
Yes. Auburn Creek charges a $150 administrative fee. There is also a $3.50 admin setup fee.
Deposit amounts currently range from $150 to $350. Your required amount may vary based on the application and screening process. Our leasing team can provide the amount applicable to your application before move-in.
In addition to the application fee, administrative fee, and applicable deposit, residents may have other required charges associated with utilities, amenities, services, and their individual lease. We recommend speaking with the leasing team for a personalized estimate before signing your lease.
Yes. The amenity fee is $50 per year and is required.
Valet trash service is $30 per month and is required.
Pest control is $13 per month and is required.
A cable/internet service charge of $98 applies. Contact our leasing team for details about the service included and current requirements.
Residents must maintain the required liability coverage. Auburn Creek offers liability insurance for $18 per month, but residents may use their own qualifying insurance policy instead.
Residents are responsible for applicable electric, gas, water/sewer, stormwater/drainage, common-area utility, trash, cable/internet, and other required service charges. Utility charges may vary by unit or usage, so your total monthly amount will depend on your apartment and consumption.
There isn’t one fixed amount that applies to every resident. Your total will depend on your utilities, required community services, insurance choice, and any optional services you select. The leasing team can review the recurring charges with you so you have a clearer estimate of your expected monthly housing costs before you sign your lease.
Yes. Covered parking is available for $25 per month and is optional.

Pet Policy
Yes! Auburn Creek is a pet-friendly apartment community, and we love welcoming four-legged residents.
Auburn Creek currently has no breed or weight restrictions. A maximum of two pets is permitted per apartment. Please contact the leasing team for complete pet guidelines.
There is a one-time $400 pet fee and monthly pet rent of $25. Because the team did not specify whether these amounts are charged per pet, please confirm the total applicable to your household with the leasing office.
Yes. Our on-site dog park gives your pup a convenient place to get outside, play, and burn off some energy close to home.

The swimming pool is a resident favorite, especially during warm San Antonio days. Auburn Creek also offers a fitness center, dog park, package lockers, covered parking, and other conveniences designed for everyday living.
Space is one of Auburn Creek’s biggest advantages. Our generously sized one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans give residents more room to settle in and make their apartment feel like home.
General community amenity hours are approximately 6:00 AM–9:00 PM, although individual amenities may have different operating hours.
The swimming pool is open from 10:00 AM–9:00 PM.
